Florios Vallarta

Florios was born in Puerto Vallarta in March 2012 as an Italian-Argentine gastronomic fusion created by Filippo Bonini and Miguel Valenzuela. Since Filippo is originally from FLORENCIA (Italy) and Miguel from ENTRE RIOS (Argentina), this is how they create the name “FLO-RIOS”.

As Filippo decided to start a new adventure outside Puerto Vallarta, Miguel and the great Florios family continued the dream to date, vibrating with much love, peace and harmony. Located in a house full of history, in the Center and heart of the city, where the first Municipal President of Puerto Vallarta, Jose de Jesus Langarica Salcedo, lived in this place in the span of 1921-1922. You can still appreciate the old architecture of this building just looking at the surroundings.

The most important thing for us is to make you feel at home with the intention of satisfying all your senses with each of our dishes, which preserve their homemade and artisanal touch based on natural products and ingredients.
