The mission of the Mexican Red Cross is to improve the lives of vulnerable people by mobilizing the power of humanity. Vulnerable people are at greatest risk of being victims of situations that endanger their survival or their ability to live with an acceptable level of social and economic security and human dignity. They are often the victims of natural disasters, those afflicted by poverty due to socio-economic crises, refugees and victims of health emergencies.
